this is a cozy little store. it is clean and the flowers are always fresh. I have been a customer since the previous owner and I can tell you that the owners now have done many changes to make the business better. I think they get stressed out and people attack the owners. I think in any business it is hard especially when it comes to a something so beautiful and fragile. nothing worth while is easy. I know that the owner works very hard and has a big heart. they always give to hospice, nursing homes, donations to funerals, ... read more

What a joke. The store is messy, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. They never make delivery deadlines. The arrangements are overpriced for what you're getting. The owner is unpleasant, to put it mildly. You're better off getting flowers from a grocery store.

This is nice shop. They have great service and beautiful fresh flowers. I was so amazed at the prices and quality of the flowers

Go to the Next Shop.... – My Fiance never got the Valentines Day flowers I ordered for her!!! I was disgusted with the customer service at this store. i ordered flowers via FTD and the order went to this shop. I understand mistakes happen, but after FTD told me the name of the store when the flowers never showed, I went to the shop in person and asked the manager. lakewood florist – this flower shop is small but cozy. they have very nice fresh arrangments and the prices are the best in the denver area.
