I just received the rose hatbox collection from my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. As beautiful and fragrant as the roses are, and I love roses, I don’t want them. They are in a hat box that shows only 10% of the flowers. Why would I want to look at only a box and the top of the roses? Now my daughter tells me that they cannot be returned. OUTRAGEOUS! Everything bought online is returnable or refundable. I am heartbroken but will call headquarters because this is unconscionable.
I am not one of those that ever complains however it took me six emails to have a return conversation regarding the flowers that I bought in the ceramic vase that fell apart within a week of having them. I was then told that I am not caring for them properly. That doesn’t make sense when they are sitting in my bedroom. I bought three different items from them within two weeks and they reply that they cannot help me ! I will now have to shop elsewhere. I am very, very surprised and disappointed.
Very disappointing experience at the Manhasset Venus et Fleur boutique. A $500 arrangement was handed to me in a cardboard box inside a bag with tissue paper on top, and when I asked if there was nicer packaging, the staff responded dismissively. For a luxury brand known for presentation, this was really surprising. I ended up returning the flowers because the experience was so disappointing.
Words cannot begin to describe how absolutely disgusted I am with this company. I hope that anyone reading this thinks twice before ever purchasing flowers from this company ever again. A premium product requires premium service and customer support. On that account, this company has failed spectacularly. Here’s the story.
