I am not one of those that ever complains however it took me six emails to have a return conversation regarding the flowers that I bought in the ceramic vase that fell apart within a week of having them. I was then told that I am not caring for them properly. That doesn’t make sense when they are sitting in my bedroom. I bought three different items from them within two weeks and they reply that they cannot help me ! I will now have to shop elsewhere. I am very, very surprised and disappointed.
Very disappointing experience at the Manhasset Venus et Fleur boutique. A $500 arrangement was handed to me in a cardboard box inside a bag with tissue paper on top, and when I asked if there was nicer packaging, the staff responded dismissively. For a luxury brand known for presentation, this was really surprising. I ended up returning the flowers because the experience was so disappointing.
Words cannot begin to describe how absolutely disgusted I am with this company. I hope that anyone reading this thinks twice before ever purchasing flowers from this company ever again. I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars! I have placed an order since February 6th to make sure it arrived for valentine day as it was guaranteed on your site. First my order was held up for verification due to fraud then I never got a confirmation that the order was shipped.
