Order arrived damaged, customer service is useless
Horrible customer service at Venus et Fleur – Americana Manhasset. I’ve been trying to call the store for 4 days to place a $900 order, but no one answers and their voicemail is full. Customer service told me they don’t have access to the store’s inventory and that the only way to check availability or place an order is to physically go to the store. I live 1.5 hours away. For a luxury brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
My children gave me the red Eternity roses in the travertine vase almost 4 years ago, and they still have a beautiful mild rose smell and look amazing! I keep them in a cool area of the house, and get tons of compliments on them! I recently went to Florence, where our hotel proudly displayed many of these same red roses!
Great customer service, offered to help me without question. Fast respond times via email. Great flowers!!
I just received the rose hatbox collection from my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. As beautiful and fragrant as the roses are, and I love roses, I don’t want them. They are in a hat box that shows only 10% of the flowers. Why would I want to look at only a box and the top of the roses? Now my daughter tells me that they cannot be returned. OUTRAGEOUS! Everything bought online is returnable or refundable. I am heartbroken but will call headquarters because this is unconscionable.
