A terrible business. I placed an order at 5 a.m. specifically for same-day delivery. According to their website, all orders placed before 11 a.m. are delivered the same day. I placed a $650 order and clearly explained that it was extremely important because it was for a special occasion. Despite this, I never received a confirmation email. When I followed up around noon to remind them how urgent the order was, they only responded around 2–3 p.m., at which point they started giving different excuses. Flowers arrived dried out with shedding petals… Got my flowers pretty fast after ordering them - however, the rose petals (2/4 roses) were ripped, which customer service claim is “ all natural characteristics of our preserved roses”. I can live with that. The hydrangeas however, which were $550 - came with shedded petals, and today lost another 4-5 flowers. I can’t see how these flowers are supposed to survive another year, after shedding this much day 2…..
