I rated her this low because she told me she’s been doing hair since she was 15 and is now 51, using that and her high Google rating to pressure me into paying $40 for a trim. She even said it would be a “disservice” if I didn’t get the trim and that my hair would come out frizzy at the ends if I refused. She spent less than two minutes trimming, and my hair didn’t even look right when I got out of her chair. I got a perm, haircut, and deep conditioning treatment. I took down my braids less than 2 hours before coming to the shop. The perm was still a quick and pain-free process, no burning or stinging at all. My hair feels light as a feather and soft. I’ve been coming to Lisette for 15 years. I love the way she do my hair. I love the way. The place is neat and clean at all times the atmosphere is nice. She’s pleasant she reasonable and she work with you.
