I had a good experience with Dr. Venugopal. No one loves going to get serious dental work done, but he and his entire team made the process as comfortable as possible. I have a severe medical phobia and they knew just what to do. If you have been putting off dental work due to your fears or past dental trauma, definitely try Dr. Venugopal. He is amazing.
A few months ago, I had to get 4 teeth removed for my braces, and I was incredibly anxious. I've had some not-so-great experiences with doctors in the past, which made me even more nervous about the procedure. However, from the moment I walked in, the entire team was amazing. The receptionist immediately calmed my nerves with their kindness, and the doctors were so loving, patient, and understanding. I switched to Dr. Tassone after my dentist unexpectedly closed. I had a tooth that was broken down to the gum, the emergency dentist wouldn't treat it, but Dr. Tassone gently broke it in half and removed it, no problem! I recently had two teeth extracted by him as well, all I felt was the needle for freezing and a bit of twisting and in minutes, the two teeth were gently pulled. I also saw Dr. Venugopal for one extraction, he was very understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Tassone and Dr. Venugopul!
