We contacted them prior to move in to ensure the unit would be cleaned, and then assured us in writing it would be "thoroughly cleaned". They told my friend/realtor when she visited the place, took photos and videos, that they didn't have roaches. Upon our move in, and I mean the very day of move in, there was a roach in the apartment, and have found SEVERAL in the first week, and another yesterday. RecommendedStaff is very professional and friendly. They are extremely experienced and can solve just about any issue. Maintenance is extremely helpful and hard working. Neighbors are very friendly. I was sad to leave bc of work. Everyone in office and living on premises is very dog friendly. Oh and THE POOL is gorgeous-very high end. The gym, resident computer and lounge area with tv, pool table etc. is all brand new. We absolutely love living here. The staff are like family. The always go above and beyond to make this home!! Love the pool and the gym !

It’s a great place to live
Kudos to our Maintenance crew! Heat index is 103; my air con went out; and they were here in about 5 minutes! Super nice guys, too. I have lived here 4 years and have always had great service the few times I have had to call maintenance.
Beautiful property; would definitely recommend. The leasing office has the most caring and amazing staff I’ve encountered. Definitely the main reason why I am leasing an apartment here.
The Front Office staff is amazing! They love their residents and are working with me to provide complimentary facials for their residents this Saturday! Can't wait!
