One of the worst place you can live around Campus. Maintenance service is the worst one in the USA. (Not just in Tampa)
DO NOT LIVE HERE !The staff has no concern for residents. They ignore any issues you have. There are parties 24/7 which means constant noise, the smell of weed, and glass, vomit, & urine everywhere!
awesome place, great pool to relax or party at, fun new staff, plenty of things to do here with friends
If you can avoid this place, management is a joke and doesn't take issues seriously. So glad my little sister is moving out of here!
Hate this place. They do not care about residents. $700 a month is way to high to pay for their lack of professionalism. If you're smart, you will not live here.
This place sucks. Don't move here.
If you use any Torrent P2P software, Sterling ISP blocks it from getting incoming connections...it's irritating.
