Made the mistake of moving there. We were not allowed to see the apartment before we moved in. .Had to call Staley Steemers to clean and disinfect the carpeting. Stanley Stermers said that our carpet was filled with cat urine. I am seeing a pulmonary specialist. Horrible toxic smell.
TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!! My roommate and I decided To apply here but we’re sketched out when we saw how much (combined) the application and holding fee was. We continued to apply to this place because it seemed legitimate, only to find out 2 months later that we got scammed and never heard anything back from this place about our application. I called several times and they never answer their phone and have sent numerous emails… we got scammed $500 DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!! This place needs to be shut down.
I got on their site and it said there was openings for 3 bedrooms online so I filled out the application even paid the application fee. I was told on their site after doing the application that someone would call me after they received the background check, in which they did check my background, a hard hit. I never heard from anybody after that is been months, I called the office multiple times and never got a response or call back. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T APPLY HERE!! IT’S AN OBVIOUS SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! My friend and I recently applied, and they sent us a “congratulations” email stating we were approved and welcoming us to their community. Three weeks and $500 later, we can’t get ahold of them.
