I just picked up keys yesterday and this review is for the customer service! Heather is super quick to respond to any questions that I have, showed me the apartment and checked the water and AC to make sure it was working. She stayed and answered all questions when I was inspecting and there was a sheet I could fill out to record anything. When I pointed out there were small stains on the carpet, she immediately put in a request to get it cleaned again.
