Update: Should have listened to the online reviews. The amenities promised are not in working order. The garage doors have been broken since I moved in, never fixed and that has allowed people to enter steal packages and most recently broken my car door in attempt to steal it. When I called the front desk to place this complaint Roxy told me that they just haven’t been able to get a contractor out there in the past 4 months and that living in an apartment just comes with the risk of your car getting stolen sooooooo unless th... read more
My boyfriend is moving in next month, and the whole process has been very smooth. Annie has been amazing, so helpful and easy to work with. We’re really grateful for her and the entire team at Elizabeth Station!
I love living here. It's been a month and all little fixes were completed quickly. Toya was extremely helpful for the 5 months before the moving in and still is. I'm looking forward to many more years of living here.
The entire process of leasing and moving in has been wonderful. Toya was my main point of contact and she was quick and kind with answering any questions. Since moving in I haven't had any issues. My guests have parked both in the deck and on the street safely. I have made a couple of maintenance requests since moving in on small things that need handled and they are completed within 24 hrs or less.
