I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property manager Roxanne Bilsky. From the moment I reached out, she treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. She genuinely listened, reassured me, and made what could have been a stressful conversation feel manageable simply because I communicated with her. If I could give Elizabeth Station ZERO stars, I would. Especially Roxanne the manger. She does nothing to help the tenants. How she communicates is disgusting. My experience living here has been absolutely awful. Between the ongoing bug problems, rodents in my unit, poor maintenance, and management’s complete lack of empathy or willingness to actually work with residents, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to KEEP LOOKING. I recently moved into Elizabeth Station and have nothing but great things to say. The unit was handed over in excellent condition, and the layout is warm and inviting, it feels like a home rather than just an apartment. The staff has been exceptional as well. Grace toured the unit with me before I signed, walked me through getting set up with the lease, and has been quick to address any questions that came up along the way. Highly recommend taking a look if you're apartment hunting in the area.
