I get the bad reviews. The floors are filthy — it’s like a subway station. The garage smell gets into the hallways, the leasing department is unresponsive, and the apartments are dark and depressing. The carpet is cheap, smokers are allowed on the balconies, and packages get stolen. The entire property feels old, dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. Check out Marlowe apartments, Allora, or Cavella instead. This place is not worth it and people don’t stay longer than a year or two for a reason. I lived at Elizabeth station from June 2025 to June 2026, it was a nice and quiet complex with responsive management for the first 6 months, then there were staff changes and now it’s just straight up theft for the price. Griff couldn't have been more helpful. Showed us the place twice, accommodated everything with our long distance move making us feel right at home on day 1
