**BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS** Quoted me 8 times the amount that three other furnace men quoted me to fix my oil burning furnace and baseboard heaters. I had a few HONEST guys give me quotes after them and was literally a fraction of his quote. Might be easier to just burn all of your money than give it to these folks. 40 years of scamming people, not 40 years of good business ethics that's for sure. Called at 8:30 in the morning needing help with my pump for my well. I was told they were working on a water heater that would take approx 4 hours and they would be over. Said they would call. By 3 I heard nothing and called them back. At this point they said they wouldn't have time to be out. I have 3 kids in the house and no water for showers or the toilet. I could have called another place if I had known at 8:30 they wouldn't be coming. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for someone else to come fix it. I am NOT happy.
We have had Dan Venturella fix our Century Homes plumbing several times and could not be more pleased. They are prompt and their work quality excellent. They have made fine recommendations and followed through in a timely manner. We have the utmost confidence in their work.
