Called for a small issue with my new trailer. It was promptly handled for me by Kelly Reillo. She got everything ordered and shipped that I needed and even was able to email clear instructions on what needs to be tweaked in order for it to work. Unfortunately the dealer I purchased from did not correctly set up the trailer and this caused issues but the manufacturer was able to help. Thank you🙌🏻

Bought a trailer from Riverside Marine. I had a complaint about how dingy, dirty and old looking my new trailer appeared from the factory. They reached out to Venture to express my dissatisfaction. Venture sent them general cleaning instructions as though it was from using it in water that would create the discoloration. These are the best trailers I have owned. Practically no maintenance. Mine gets dunked in saltwater 3 times a year. It’s still like new. I always wash it with fresh water, inside the wheels, bunks and brakes, springs and hoses. Then I coat everything with WD-40. If you call the factory with a question, they always a please to help. So, did you buy a Venture Trailer, or do you wish you did.
