I have a 2005 venture trailer that I wanted to sell, but the VIN number on my title only had 16 digits. The sticker on the side rail was was completely faded out and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I called Venture trailers and spoke to Dawn and in five minutes she had the right VIN number for me. She also ordered me a duplicate sticker. Customer service was unbelievable and helped me out so much. Thank you again Dawn
I purchased a boat with a 1995 Venture Trailer. I drove it with the boat 200 miles right away from Delaware to New York. The DMV in NY gave me trouble registering the trailer because they could not verify the VIN # thru their computer system. I called Venture and the lady who answered the phone was able to verify everything right away on the 30 year old trailer. I was able to order a new VIN sticker. The trailer is excellent quality. It's well built and very road worthy. The customer service that i received was excellent
