From the very beginning, the entire experience of leasing a house with Jennifer managing it has been unprofessional, frustrating and frankly, unacceptable. We rented a house in Waimea, 65-1187 Owaowaka Rd., last year for one year intending to renew the lease for a second year. We were always clear about this fact, and were told the owners were interested in a long-term lease.
