we adventure solar install our panels and we have been trying to contact them now for several months. We have left dozens of messages. I mean dozens and no one has called us back poor service and we could lose our incentive from the state so I would try to use another solar company if you are interested in having solar panels installed
Best company ever to solar panels. This is the company you should go to. Efficient polite customer service wonderful salesman answered all questions he was wonderful my first bill came-5 dollars very good company this should be a choice you will not regret it
If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Venture Solar has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We entered into an agreement with them, but the situation quickly spiraled into a financial and emotional drain. Without our authorization or consent, Venture Solar debited over $4000 from our bank account. This was a massive, unexpected hit that put us in a terrible position. Our experience with Venture Solar was outstanding. Their staff was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, timely and true to their word. My wife and I were very blessed because of their patience with us, since we knew very little about solar energy its uses and benefits.
