I recently arranged Venture Roofing to put new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts on an elderly neighbor’s house. Wow, great customer service, installation and products. My neighbor had a minor issue with one of his end caps (possibly not really a problem) and Venture Roofing came by and resolved my neighbor’s concern in a very friendly and professional manner. Service was fast and done right! We love our new roof. Jason was very knowledgeable about the whole process but the best part was helping with the insurance paperwork. He explained everything to us and sent all the pictures and invoices to our insurance.
Jason at Venture Roofing has been friendly and very knowledgeable in helping us work with our insurance company to get a new roof and hopefully new gutters too. The roof was was installed yesterday! The crew did a fabulous job! My husband who has a construction based background was very pleased with the installation technique used.
