They dont answer any calls or voicemails. Tried for 1 week when application was done. Have not even received a call about the property being out of rental... if you are planning on giving away 100 dollars just throw them away in the air itll give you the same feeling.
Zach was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I submitted 3 work orders and he fixed everything in less than a half hour. He even gave me some tips on how to fix some of the issues should they ever arise again. Thank you Zach and Venture REI.

I just moved to AZ from out of state and Venture REI was the first property management company I applied for. I worked with Lindsay Schoenfeld. She had me send all these documents to her and she promised me she would call me and email me back to let me know if I was approved or denied for an apartment on west cactus drive. She never contacted me back and ignored all my calls, texts, and emails days in a row. Still haven’t heard from her to this day. She blew me off .Extremely unprofessional and rude.
