Fabulous business, I highly recommend these guys!
This place took over Scarlot pointe, springmont gardens, and wisteria hills apartments…..Do not rent from these people… they are currently sending residents a letter stating that they will not renew lease and giving you 30 days to vacate property!!! They are allowing all Hispanic people to move in apartments just days or a week after the last tenant had moved out. They do not answer work orders and the trash area looks like a landfill at times and it comes from the Hispanic people just dropping trash in front of the dumpster... read more
