They need to be more picky about who they hire as contractors. They’re working on a house next to mine and they have been parking in my neighbors driveway without permission and making loud working noises into the night.

I was able to witness the young company buy properties , Fix the buildings, then sale the apartments complex. All while the owners spiking up rent rates every year and requiring management to hold 99% occupancy and firing the office management for the tenants leaving . I think this company is aggressive with their rates and it doesn’t allow the tenants to enjoy their apartment for more than 1 year. My family had the pleasure of investing in a VREC property acquisition. Not only were we impressed with the initial proposal enough to invest, but the true value comes 18 months later.
