I was able to witness the young company buy properties , Fix the buildings, then sale the apartments complex. All while the owners spiking up rent rates every year and requiring management to hold 99% occupancy and firing the office management for the tenants leaving . I think this company is aggressive with their rates and it doesn’t allow the tenants to enjoy their apartment for more than 1 year. My family had the pleasure of investing in a VREC property acquisition. Not only were we impressed with the initial proposal enough to invest, but the true value comes 18 months later. Venture Real Estate Company is the platinum experience when it comes to real estate investing and multi family housing communities. It is almost unbelievable how they turn an acquired community around with top tier renovations and improvements that have a tremendous impact on the daily lives of residents! They display daily the utmost in professionalism. If I was in the market for a multi family residence, I would only consider finding availability in a Venture community!
