Terrible I was going to sue venture for my security deposit back and the money that I had to put into the plumbing, but after talking to my laywer he said that it wasn't worth the money because I would have to pay him and the court fees. Charles is a crook!
OMG Charles is actually STILL the manager?! When I rented from him in 2013 it was absolutely the WORST decision I could have made! The things that needed to be fixed never got fixed or if they did it was done half assed/not right, so the problem would continue. The ceiling fan in the bathroom got taken out to be replaced and it NEVER did get replaced so there was a big open hole in my bathroom ceiling for the last 5 months I lived there. Charles is a lazy guy. He doesn't think before he opens his mouth. Rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this guy.
I am suing him. I was renting at 805 north clay and it is a really down place that he promised he will fix but that never happened. I am taking him to the court and I reported him to the the proper authority to shut down all his operations.
