We first met this young lady when she pulled up and hoped out of her vehicle when we wanted to see a house she had listed. she sold us our current house and then we listed our other house for sale with her and she was always kind and understand of all my crazy questions. Shauna disregarded the terms of the Missouri Realtors contracts. I contacted the State Attorney Advocate office to intervene, but her reply to them left them at a loss on how to proceed. Cost myself nearly $10,000 lost property and lawyer fees. Buyer/bidder beware.
