we have been waiting 7 months for a small minor subdivision work to start . As of now Venture is 2 to 3 months behind the start date . It has been impossible to get anyone to call you back . I definitely would not recommend this engineering firm to anyone currently.
I was in the middle of a project with Venture working on some MEP plans for a restaurant in North Carolina when they abruptly contacted me and said they were unable to complete the project. I had been working on this project since the end of summer and the drawings had already been through city submittal once. They left me in a terrible spot as I had to scramble to find another engineer to pick up the pieces in a timely fashion at this time of year when other firms are not taking on new projects.
