I called Venture Engineering on with a simple question and the person who answered was extremely rude. She interrupted me several times, spoke unprofessionally, and when I asked for her name she said it was “not important” and hung up on me. Very disappointing experience — callers deserve respectful treatment. Someone please have a talk with her.
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. Venture Engineerring has been responsible for the renovation of the main road entrance for the Island Green neighborhood since 2021. Since 2021 they have torn the road completely apart leaving home owners to navigate a unsafe pothole riddled road. Venture Engineering in conjunction with DR Horton has been completely unhelpful and when asked their response is "you should be grateful anything is getting done". Great firm for Civil Engineering and Architectural design.
we have been waiting 7 months for a small minor subdivision work to start . As of now Venture is 2 to 3 months behind the start date . It has been impossible to get anyone to call you back . I definitely would not recommend this engineering firm to anyone currently.
