Our Sales Associate, Cole Zimmerman, did an excellent job handling the sale of our home in Plantation Bay. He's an excellant sales representative keeping us informed of what was going on in the difficult local market place.and what he was doing to increase our home visability.
Cole did a great job guiding us through the local market, which we were not familiar with. He really stepped up in the 11th hour to resolve some headaches that emerged right before closing. This allowed close the sale on time.
I would like to share our experience of working with Debbie Sachs and the purchase of our new home. She was always available to answer our questions, find a contractor to look at the pool, a roofer, or a house inspector. She was always patient and kind. She checked in on us on the day we closed to ask if there was anything she could help us out with. My husband was very impressed with her professionalism. Awesome! I’ve worked with 2 others on the sale of my property. Debbie did the job. Debbie was my eyes and ears on my home while I was away. Took care of changing the thermostat from cool to heat, sent my mail abroad, kept in contact with me.
