Avoid the headaches of dealing with them and choose another builder. From the property itself taking twice as long to build as they said it would, to shoddy craftsmanship, to constant back and forth during the warranty process, they’ve been a nightmare to deal with.

Very beautifully designed community! So far, our experience with Ashton Wood has been great and they have made sure to respond back to our needs and take good care of us. Only thing that would have been a value add to the community might have been a common pool, but otherwise the common amenities are nice as well. Excellent Location in the growing Eastmark area!
