I liked the hair color Maria has done. So I came back for a second appt only to be mistreated by another staff. I asked the staff for a Thursday, 14th August at 11am appt. The foolish staff kept saying Tuesday, instead of Thursday. She also aggressively handed me a pen and paper when I politely requested to send an appointment confirmation via email.
