The owner started changing things to restrict things like, if your family got bigger and you need extra room you can’t change you have to move out then come back in. Hhhhh 2nd issue is if you want to get a better oven if you buy it and installed it it becomes the property of village green and you cant take it with you.. they don’t do any renovations at all . But the rent is cheap so.
