I am a college pitcher that came in for the first time about two and an half years ago. Jeff, Eric, and Sosa have helped me so much through these past couple years with not only staying healthy but also gaining velocity. When I was able to consistently come in and see these guys, I had my first injury free season, I threw multiple 100+ pitch games, and I was throwing harder than I’ve ever thrown. Coming back from school and being more consistent about seeing them this summer has already helped me hit a PR off the mound. They... read more

VTA has brought a dramatic change in my athletic performance as well as bodily health. I came in after my first year at SBCC with some arm pain and strength issues. Although it has been only a little over a month, I have experienced increases in strength across all muscle groups and my previous arm pain has disappeared. The thought and care the staff puts into their athletes is unmatched. This is the place to be!

‍♀️ Ventura Training and Athletics has been a game changer for me! Eric Bloom is truly the man when it comes to his craft. He specializes in Muscle Activation Techniques and creates tailored training sessions that are specific to your body and your goals. I knew I needed more than just pushing through the ... read more

I’ve been training with Jeff and Sosa for a few months now and highly recommend them. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. One thing I’ve really appreciated is that they focus on more than just the workout itself - they spend time helping you understand how your body works and why you’re doing certain things. I’ve been a big fan of their approach and the results so far. If you’re looking for good coaches who know their stuff, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Owe a lot to this place! Came in with a worn out body in the middle of season and they absolutely dialed it back in before playoffs. Ended up playing some of my best ball because my body was feeling its 100%. Great environment to be apart of which consist of people who only push you to be your best self. The trainers bring a deep and personal connection to each client as well. Place is filled with top of the line equipment in a very clean establishment. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! #shoutoutjeffwright
