It has nice reviews cause management gives you $100 off for a review! Don't be fooled. We have been here for 6 mo & can't wait to move. The place is filthy, there is trash everywhere. My dog cut her paw with a glass bottle, but it shouldn't surprise you, they are all over! Parking is a hassle after 9pm, ppl have to park on the sidewalk or a dark alley (where I parked 2 days ago & my car got broken into). Luxury, high quality living that is conveniently located right by 1604 and I-10. The customer service is amazing with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone. The application process is simple and quick. I am happy to call myself a resident at this beautiful and luxury apartment complex
