yeah what even is that price ?? seriously like how desperate do you have to be to list that small crappy mobile home at a price like that ? are you starving do you have enough to eat or what ? where are your morals ?
It’s disappointing to see homes like that $400,000 mobile home he has listed being listed at prices that are clearly out of touch with reality. Especially for families trying to get a foothold in the market. Shouldn’t they get fair treatment and not opportunism? Taking advantage of desperate home seekers just to make a sale reflects a serious lack of ethics. Who’s responsible for this guys accountability? doesn’t sound like he’s “Xaving” anybody anytime soon.
Xavier is absolutely the best agent. He is knowledgeable of his trade, willing to go the extra mile and a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy about anything through the entire process. He is truly a genuine guy! Would use his services again and highly recommend to anyone!
