Wow, the doctors there are amazing, giving super detailed eye exams. The staff is great too, always so welcoming. For new patients, get there a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. And definitely dilate your eyes—it gives them a complete view for disease checks. Their glasses selection is fantastic! Tell your optician exactly what you want in your lenses, and make sure you understand your insurance coverage.
Some people in the front desk and phone are rude. I feel like the lady had an attitude and annoyed tone when I was trying to fix my appointment :/
$444 fee for an exam: I called and made an appointment - I asked the total price w/out insurance and was told $278 (because I am a current patient). I arrive today at the appointment and was told it that was not correct, and the fee could be up to $444 and they cannot confirm until after the exam depending on the findings. That is not how to conduct business in a way that has integrity and transparency. I should have been told this on the phone before taking time off work.
