I’ve been with optometrist for about 8 years and The doctors are great! Amazing! Very knowledgeable and wonderful at their profession! The staff is not. They do not answer the phones, return phones calls and are snippy and honestly a bit rude. So because of the terrible front desk staff I had to leave this clinic. And Would not recommend them.

I love Ventura Optometric, it's doctors and staff. Ever since my childhood Optometrist retired, about 5 or 6 yrs ago is when I began coming here. The doctor's explain everything and even how the vision changes as we age, I have gotten to that point. Unfortunately, I don't have vision insurance but the manager has given me a good discount each time. One just needs to ask. I tend to upgrade my glasses and schedule my yearly exam during November, since it is during this time that they have their annual patient appreciation sale... read more
