Wonderful & so thankful to be here!
I purchased one in this neighborhood by Holiday Builders. The communication during the building process was great. Troy, the construction manager, was wonderful. However, once I took possession of this home, I am disappointed by the shoddy workmanship. They didn't clean/wipe down the walls before painting so the paint doesn't adhere to the walls properly. I had a professional painter come in and he couldn't finish off the walls properly as the painters tape he had on the wall for 3 hours was taking everything off to the dryw... read more
I started my build out of state and I was given pictures and updates constantly. I felt like I was there as my house was being built. I have had no issues at all with my home. Everyone was friendly and my questions were always answered timely. I have built many homes and this was the best experience by far!
Cramming house on top of houses in our neighborhood and we hate them for it! They keep creating cities in a matter of 8 acres and the traffic is ridiculous. Thanks for ruining our neighborhood!
