They'll get if fixed Been to them several times.... they stand by their product. I own Sunset Kidd Sailing, Santa Barbara. When I have to go to them to fix the hydraulic ram... I have to shut down my entire Santa Barbara Sailing business, www.sunsetkidd.com. They agree to receive my ram and expedite my service.... all in one day. Once, on the purchase of a new ram, they measured out my old one... made a mistake, but rapidly corrected it and there I am, back out sailing on the Pacific Ocean.
