You would think buying a $400k house that you wouldn’t have to worry about things like this. Who thinks to look at these areas on such a short time. And trust me my wife my agent and even the people from Ventura looked. How did the builder and the others that even helped us look miss making sure this was handled? Smh. Then you ask them to fix it.
