Clean Swimming Pool The apartments are nice, but they got me when they showed me the swimming pool. Ventura Green swimming pool will be my mini vacation this summer.
They have Bedbugs. They won’t even tell you that the building had bedbugs until you move into it and find out yourself

Ms. Frazier, at this time there is absolutely no apartment with bedbugs at Ventura Green Apartments that we are aware of or have been reported. If there is even a suspicion of bedbugs we ask our resident (stated on the lease) to not to wait and inform the leasing office as soon as possible. From there we take quick action and start our procedures we follow to eliminate the issue for once and for all before it spreads. Ms. Frazier, are you even a current resident?

this place is garbage...they have bad managers that are completely terrible at running the complex..they get you in and start targeting you and leave notes of threats on ppls door..their maintenance is very poor...air conditioner went out in June and still has yet to be fixed...they have roaches and bugs in there apartments nobody comes to spray or anything..this place on a 1-10 scale is a o just poorly done all the way around...not to mention the crack heads and bumps that camp out in there front parking lot and the whole b... read more
