It's incredible how much of a workout they squeeze into a 30 minute session. I regularly go to other group fitness places in Ventura but this place had me out of breath! Atmosphere is also very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend Ventura Fit Body Bootcamp!
Just what I was looking for. It’s like having a personal trainer as there are always :2 or more coaches at each session walking around giving us advice on how to improve our form. Workouts are varied and move quickly so there is no time for boredom. The coaches are friendly and truly interested in providing the best instruction possible.
Fit Body Boot Camp with Jonathan and his amazing coaches is one of the greatest gifts to myself , my husband and several friends . Going on 2.5 years. It’s for a lifetime. Self care.
Ventura Fit Body is the best of the best. Truly. All of the staff is friendly and encouraging, and it feels like a family - and not in a fake way. I love coming in and getting my butt kicked, and I’m sad when I can’t come in. Everyone should try a class!
