Whatever you do, don`t go to Ventura dental specialty, they`re shady . they over charged me with the co-pay and then refused to pay it back even when my insurance company told them to do so . not only that but they sent me a bill without my insurance knowledge. They can`t do that because they`re contracted with my PPO dental insurance and they already got paid.
