I am very pleased with the dental care I am receiving at Dr Zak's Ventura Dental Group. I learned patient care is organized to maximize Dr Schaeffer's skills as a knowledgeable, talented and efficient dentist. I sadly have had issues since day one with this office. They failed to mention Ortho only in Office once a week. He is in other locations and even if emergency we have to wait to see him till day at our location. He put many brackets on loose baby teeth and one even came out and was hanging and we had to cut it out ourselves and when I called the lady at front just noted unsure why Dentist would put them on baby teeth.
