The website and the resident portal mobile app aren’t working. There has apparently been a big change in personnel but no announcements via email so I don’t know who to address my concerns to. There is a general phone number to call for maintenance and questions but don’t expect a live conversation. Problems: recently someone went to pay their rent but the office was locked in the afternoon when it was supposed to be open. Management does not communicate, very hard to get on the phone. When you submit an inquiry online, prepare to wait weeks for them to get back to you.
This property used to be great prior to a buyout. Currently i tell anyone who wants to rent hear to run. The management staff is the rudest and most incompetent property managers I've ever met. They will try and gaslight you into think an extreme loud and obviously broken gate is normal. They will not address your issues until multiple tenants group up to complain.
My husband and came home from our honeymoon one month And eight days ago when we walked in the door, our heater coil had burst flooding our Entire downstairs. Trying to get renovations done from this issue have been a nightmare. We spent three weeks with no drywall and we were completely ghosted by management when we finally had someone answer us. They came and did reconstruction and the team they hired to do reconstruction stuck a nail through the same pipe that was just recently repaired sending water all over my belonging... read more
Extremely Disappointed in new management company FPI management since they took over last year It’s been a high turnover of new managers When I ask for help they refuse to help. I let them know there was property damage and the new managers refused to look at it Refused to help me. When I asked for their contact information they refused to give it to me and told me to look at the website.
