I've lived here for a little over a year now and feel comfortable leaving a general review. The community is relatively quiet and situated close to a convenient shopping center. The property itself is relatively well kept and clean with decent amenities such as the central BBQ area and pool. The unit we received was definitely a little on the older side which meant maintenance requests were needed. The experience in moving was a solid 8 The team that is on site at the office works completely incredible Aaliyah helped my family and i to move in smoothly and also whenever we’d need to get a situation under control she helped us A LOT!! Amenities are sweet! Pool is incredible! Bbq area is relaxing and soothing And neighbors are nice Without a doubt the team NEEDS A RAISE!!! Give them a Raise!!!
David, the maintenance person, was prompted and effective. Pleasant personality and very courteous. Carlos helped me with a maintenance issue about 2 weeks ago and he was also efficient, prompt and courteous. Thank you!
BBQs don't work and good luck getting anyone to actually do a thing about that!
