I love living here ! Carlos the maintenance supervisor has always been really helpful and nice wherever I need something. The property is always kept very clean. Amazing Company!!
I recently just moved to Sofi Ventura. When I first toured Aaliyah greeted me In the office and was the one who gave me the tour. She is very professional and makes it very comfortable to talk to. Like I literally felt like I was talking to someone I knew through the whole process. She is so patient as well and answered all the questions and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered. I have been living here for a few years now and think this is a great community that welcomes all who are in it. It has recently seen some great improvements. I think management should know what a great job is being done here at Sofi. I personally want to thank Aaliyah for her great attitude and diligence she is a great addition.
I’ve had a really great experience living at Sofi, maintenance does great work and the assistant manager Aaliyah is super easy to talk to. It’s honestly refreshing dealing with a team that genuinely cares and keeps things running smoothly. Definitely recommend Sofi Ventura to anyone looking for a community to join.
