The place is very beautiful and well organized. Friendly open staff that's available to coming in to the office or available by the site application on your phone to voice your opinion or complaint. I was happy knowing that I was allowed to customize my patio to our liking, which gave us a better sense of a home. I would recommend this location as your next place to be called home. This property used to be great prior to a buyout. Currently i tell anyone who wants to rent hear to run. The management staff is the rudest and most incompetent property managers I've ever met. They will try and gaslight you into think an extreme loud and obviously broken gate is normal. They will not address your issues until multiple tenants group up to complain. Fairly nice apartments and property but maintenance here is a nightmare. We went 7 days without hot water several months ago and were repeatedly ignored for five days until I emailed the manager and two days later someone finally fixed it. Every 5-6 weeks we have plumbing issues. Water is frequently shut off, sinks will back up and we will go two or three days before it’s fixed. There’s a loud noise we can hear all night from our bedroom window with windows shut coming from the parking lot gate. Building managers refuse to replace the broken gate and told us we can either break the lease or move to another apt. Rather than fix your gate, you ask us to move our entire home, take on the stress of moving, wasting hours of our time and thousands of dollars to move? They also gave us 24 hours to decide if we wanted to move or not.
If you want to be treated fairly and with courtesy, you won’t find that here. Management doesn’t seem to know what it is doing, they make life difficult. There are so many minor rules here, it is ridiculous. Such as no garden gnomes over 8” allowed on a patio?! Monthly Fee for pets. The lease contract is very long and detailed.
