Kimberly Mead is rude I was talking about how the utilities get split between the apartment units and that it’s my first time living in apartments where we have to pay sewer, trash, water etc because everywhere I have lived in the past was included in the rent. There has been an egregious lack of transparency on the part of management with tenants. There is evident disarray, lack of accountability, oversight, and organization in what appears to be a transition of ownership. We've lived here a few months and are loving it! We've had a few maintenance requests for blinds and windows, and Bobby has been super on top of things! Really friendly guy, thorough and makes sure that he gets the job done. It's great knowing that we've got people to reach out to and can depend on whenever we have issues! We've been dealing with a hot water issue for months. You never know when the hot water will stop working. My family and I have all experienced being stuck in the bathroom, covered in soap, with no hot water in these cold days. The problem has never been fully fixed.
