I have used this service quite a bit over the years My last trip was early October 2019 it was the first return run from LAX 645 am. They have purchased a new fleet of shuttle vans with less seating I think it was about 12-16 seats total. Each pair of seats has 2 usb ports to share installed below the window. Seats are comfortable and the ride is not super bumpy like the vans they had in the past. There is NO information on the website or on their emails about the pickup location in Ventura. It is NOT visible from the hotel lobby, so you WILL miss your shuttle if you don’t know the secret location. It’s NOT refundable, and they make no apologies.

Just want to express my frustration at the worst experience I have had with this service. I had to run down the driver because he would not acknowledge my hand or yells while I was standing in the curb waiting for the last 1.5 hours I will never use your service again .. I do not recommend this service..
