I’ve taken the shuttle from Ventura to LAX many times without any issues, but yesterday was my first time riding it back to Ventura. After a 12-hour flight, I was completely exhausted, but I was able to catch an earlier shuttle than I had reserved. I believe the driver’s name was Shirley, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Once again, it was a positive experience.
We did not pre-tip on our ticket purchase. Upon entering the shuttle, the driver made it obvious that he took this personally and thanked each person that tipped by name. When we arrived at the airport, he again thanked the person that tipped and began to harass us and ask why we didn't tip. He held our baggage hostage and would not retrieve it from the shuttle until he exhausted every talking point he had to guilt us into tipping. Marco was my driver from LAX-Ventura on 1/24/26. I have taken the shuttle before but his amazing attitude and energy made the trip amazing. Truly an amazing individual. Highly reccomend this service and especially Marco!
highly recommended! easy to book online and it’s very convenient transport to Oxnard from LAX. most of the drivers are friendly and great but shout out to Brent. keep it up!
David is a great driver. There was a family on the bus tonight that was just standing around despite the dad getting off immediately. When he got back in after several minutes they acted like it was his fault when they were just chilling in the back. Talk about people that aren't all there up stairs. Merry Christmas, David!
