I used your service for the first time on January 4th from LAX to Ventura. I was somewhat confused about the shared ride orange pillars; however, I called the emergency number & the customer service representative was very understanding & helpful. The shuttle is very comfortable, the trip was very pleasant & Joe, the driver was great, very kind & professional!
