While the doctors are excellent, no one answers the phone here. As a patient, I can never get through. They have a problem with their phone options circling around with no one answering and returning to the beginning. I have told the receptionist, office manager, doctors, and even called the corporate owners. They don’t care! Look at Yelp for similar reviews.
Very busy practice that is almost impossible to get a hold of by telephone.
I figured I would write this review after receiving an automated email to detail my experience on their internal platform. Dr. Donald Miller was very nice and knowledgeable. He pointed me in the proper direction regarding the health issues I am having. An employee there named Daisy however ( unsure if she is an RN or Assistant ,etc) is my only complaint about this visit. Perhaps Daily was simply having a bad day (which we are all afforded in life) . If not, she should not be working as a healthcare leader, or as a health car... read more
