No stars. This use to be a wonderful community bank. Now all they care about is fees. Awful customer service.
I had a car loan with them which I paid in full. I had some money left over and what did they do with it? They kept it! They will deem an account "dormant" without prior notice and just keep YOUR money as a "fee". They’ll send you a letter stating that they kept the money due to inactivity and close your account. If they were honest, they would send you a check prior to closing the account.Thieves!
