I have been a patient for 8+yrs they used to be great. I called for a cash pay estimate and when I arrived I was asked for twice that amount. They had knowledge of who quoted me they referred to someone with a suit and he was "allowed" to take $50 off i said NO that's not what was quoted otherwise I wouldn't be here. I will miss Dulce the hygienist. But this place went downhill. All about the $ no concern for the patients.
Dr. Betsy is so kind and makes my children love going to the dentist.
I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr Betsy Kaplan be my son’s Dr since he was little. From the moment we met her she made sure she took care of my son’s dental care. She ensured he have a plan and gave his teeth the right amount of space to allow the teeth to grow into. I am so lucky she is now my daughters Dr as well and because of her she has a great experience going to the Dentist and is always excited for her Dentist appointments.
Dr. Betsy is the best! Fantastic rapport with all of our boys and we the parents find her amazing to work with as well! We highly recommend her and Ventura Children’s Dental Group.
