Great cardio workout and great location.
So glad Ventura Barre & Fitness opened up. I have been going to Thousand Oaks Cardio Barre for 4 years before they closed and I really missed it. All the instructors and staff at Ventura Barre are great. Love that they now have a variety of Barre classes. Nice clean facility and great location right off the freeway. Thanks Ventura Barre!
Although I only took a trial class due to the cost of the membership and classes, (it’s not made for broke college students lol) they were so welcoming and friendly! I was clearly struggling throughout it all, but they made feel comfortable and helped with modifications. From what I could see, the range of level was from me, an out of shape ex-cheerleader who has never danced a dance class in her life to flexible dancers leaping around. I moved to Ventura in November 2017 with the condition that we would have to live within a reasonable distance to a Cardio Barre studio. I am so grateful to have Ventura Barre & Fitness just down the road from me. It is a freshly renovated studio with a growing roster of classes and the friendliest, most well-trained instructors you could hope for.
