Very rude Management! This guy is literally at your door 8:00 In the morning demanding his rent money. He doesn't fix anything and he was hard to contact, Not to mention the building is a dump. Do not rent here.
The owner of this management company is extremely rude, irresponsible, unprofessional and arrogant. I think it is a 1 man team. Never respond to phone calls and complains. Blame on people when they made mistakes. The building they managed has deteriorated a lot over years. They don't fix laundry. There are damages to certain ceiling panels in the hallway.
