Incredible customer service. We had a problem with the 125 LDK fan that was installed by our home's previous owners. The Vents-US team shipped out a new one for us — no questions asked. I can't recommend this company enough. Top-notch all the way.

I had questions about an ERV that I sold and installed for a customer, Zoltan was very kind, helpful, and prompt with communication and answered all of my questions, he even sent me some updated stickers to put on the product, I am very impressed and pleased with the service they provided and will be buying more ERVs in the future
