Absolutely terrible money hungry unprofessional office. Neither them nor they “doctors” care about the patients, they just want to run you through quick 30 min appointments, give you some prescription you don’t need just to have you keep coming back. Avoid this clown show at all costs.

After being a patient for almost 3 years, they stopped processing my insurance and the billing department will not return any of my calls to figure it out. You lost not only me as a patient, but my fiancé who had his first appointment set. He canceled. Learn to treat your patients with curtesy, because you’re not the last coke in the dessert.
Mr. Palacios has helped me better cope with ADHD since 2021. I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my mental health. I'm better equipped to handle stress, my relationships have improved, and most importantly, I've regained a sense of control and happiness in my life. Amazing team work of neuropsychologist and psychiatrist who help me with post motorcycle accident problems. Couldn't ask for a better doctor as Dr. Palacios is there to help ALWAYS, and knows how to help make the right decisions. He makes it known to keep him informed and that he's only a call away for any assistance that's needed WHENEVER. He doesn't try to push unnecessary pills, but prescribe the medications to help my conditions and overall health so I'm in top shape.
