We couldn’t be happier with VentPro’s service! Matt and Sam are an excellent team… They are upbeat and positive, and happily worked around a couple tight spots in our home. I called VentPro to help us repair a dryer vent so that we could connect a new dryer, which is not something they typically do. They can do it, but they offer so much more! The owner, Matt, was so pleasant to talk with, explaining what services his business offered and how they worked. He was willing to help me with the dryer connection when they cleaned the dryer vent. Hands down the best experience I’ve had when it comes to a business. Matt the owner is alway straightforward and never tries to sell me anything I don’t need. And Sam who usually is the one who comes to service is super kind and professional. I don’t post reviews often, but I also don’t get this kind of service anywhere else these days. I genuinely trust Matt and Sam and they do great and efficient work!
