Brought my son’s stance in to get new wheel and they needed to order one.(that’s fine) 4 wheels later still didn’t call me. So I took the wheel in and asked about it ,yeah it’s here! Came out with the wrong wheel. Ok so? I can make this one fit but your cassette won’t fit you will need a new one. Ok put it on I Sed. Took wheel home put on bike,, chain constantly coming off. Took bike in to him again. I’m told it needs a new chain and sprocket. So I’m out $400 for chain sprocket and cassette I never needed! Will never go back... read more

Huge shout out to Caroline and the team at Ventoux Cycles Park Beach. Over the last month or so we have had 2 services on our ebikes and a new bike assembly and they have been excellent. Best bike shop on the mid north coast in my honest opinion, service and price
So helpful and professional, made time to sqeeze a repair in on a busy Saturday morning and very reasonable on price.
Very friendly and helpful, they were happy to help out with a quick fix for my mountain bike and very affordable. Highly recommend. Great service.
