We've had Ventis since 2012. It is not air conditioning but it sure helps with cooling and heating and reduction of condensation, by improving the ventilation in the roof and the house. We don't get the awful condensation we used to have. We love it. Just needs a new filter each year and great service from the Ventis team. They also send reminders to alter the settings for summer and winter.
