Efficient service from professional, civil serviceman.
Since installing the Ventis system we have had noticeably damper walls through winter, as the roof is shaded and the temperature and moisture sensors were placed in the wrong spot in the roof so damp air keeps being pushed into the house. Although I tried to get something done about this I just received excuses, with the only solution suggested being to spend more money with Ventis to add another control panel and sensor set. Our filter was replaced recently and the whole process went as smoothly and quickly as before. The service man was on time, respected taking off his shoes and was quick and thorough. I highly recommend Ventis for their quality product and outstanding service
