I had an appointment scheduled a few days ago for a pedicure, but I was running a few minutes late due to traffic on Northland. I called to let them know I’d be about 4 minutes behind, but they still canceled my appointment — which was frustrating, though I understand. Fast forward to today: I had both a pedicure and SNS booked. I arrived 5 minutes early, only to see they had just started working on another client. I love how detailed Tom is. Always checking his work. The salon is so clean and not gaudy at all. Nothing worse than dusty fake flower decorations. 😞
Everyone at the salon is so nice and welcoming. They never disappoint!!
