Ventilation Solutions in Fairbanks has amazing customer service and very easy to work with. This team is helpful at every turn and Richard takes the time to ensure the customer has full understanding of the system and optimum operation via the panel. Super professional- highly recommend!
They put in a new HRV system in my home and the installation was smooth, phenomenal customer service from the installation to the wonderful woman in the office when I picked up filters. Will continue using them when needed. 😊 PS dont forget to clean and change filters.
Richard did a great job. They went to my house on a Friday to do a quote. And on a Saturday, which they don’t work, went to my house for an emergency and cleaned and tuned my HRV. They did a great job. Thank you Ventilation Solutions. I would recommend this company for your needs.
Ventilation Solutions has the best customer service I’ve ever seen in Fairbanks. Richard didn’t only honor the warranty for the damper motor in my hrv unit, he dropped A new one-off to my door the same day I called him. I did not have my receipt from the previous damper motor because I paid in cash. Every other business in town would not take your word for anything they would tell you without a receipt you’re out of luck.
