I have experienced unprofessionalism, from the scheduler, director, and underskillied nurses.When the Director tells you go find another AGENCY..WITHOUT reference.is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...AND UNPROFESSIONAL..THEY CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT THE UNDERSKILLED NURSES AND THEIR OWN MEDICAL ISSUES ...OPPOSED TO THE CLIENT THAT THEIR SUPPOSE TO BE CARING FOR...IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE..FROM A PARENT OF A CHILD WITH NO NURSES STAFFED FOR OVER 24-72HOURS UNANNOUCED!!!!
